**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Brand Management
- Publish content materials for handled projects and other brand-related matters
- Monitor and enforce the consistent and correct usage of brand identity assets
- Craft and supervise the implementation of advertising & publicity plans, events plans and merchandising plans
- Ensure all project updates are updated online (company website, social media accounts, etc.)
- Organize and document of all brand-related activities (budget, expenses, project implementation, etc.)
- Regularly provide status reports and implementation updates
- Develop and conduct project briefings
- Recommend and implement process improvements to improve timeliness, quality or cost efficiency
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Graduate of Marketing, Business Ad, Communications, or any related field
- With good communication skills (verbal and written)
- With at least 5 years experience in marketing.
Real estate industry is a plus.
- Adept in marketing tools and trends (good understanding of market research, data analysis, digital marketing, etc.)
- Knowledge in graphics design, photography and/or videography are a plus, but not required
- Proficient in MS Applications
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
