Job Description:
Reports to the National Sales Director and assists the latter in the implementation of various sales related processes and activities for the achievement of the company’s objectives. Coordinates various communications and sales related activities/ processes such as circular memoranda, sales promos and incentives, inventories, marketing collaterals, accounts receivables i.e. commissions, of Broker Partners, among others. Recruits and Orients new Broker Partners of projects, policies and house rules, procedures, benefits, supports and company’s expectation. Prepares various sales related reports required by Sales Management. Responsible for the accurate, timely and efficient delivery of various administrative tasks such as tripping vehicle requests, sample computation sheets, etc. in accordance with the prescribed company standards and policies. Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of monthly sales activities budget requests. Monitors the productivity and efficiency of the Broker Partners. Monitors the conversion of sales from booking to paid-up and ensures its timely and accurate submission to Sales Management. Monitors and coordinates with Broker Partners timely compliance of documents. Coordinates with concerned internal parties all sales related issues raised by clients to ensure immediate resolution. Promotes and professional working relationship with colleagues, superiors, and with external parties. Actively participates and contributes to the development and accomplishment of company objectives. Other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of business-related courses With at least 2 years of experience in Supervisory/Managerial level Relevant exposure in Sales, Marketing and Sales Administration functions Highly Organized and keen to details With excellent written and verbal communcation skills Ability to handle people Adept in Computer applications Preferably living in Cebu
