Branch Loan Specialist | Malolos

Job Description:
Markets the company’s products aggressively to walk-in branch prospects Initiates and/or participates in micro-marketing activities designed to attract new and repeat customers within the immediate trade area of the branch Processes loan applications and conduct frontline credit assessment and provides recommendations for a loan applicant’s creditworthiness according to pre-determined credit acceptance criteria Facilitates loan releases to clients including handling and processing of loan documentation and disbursement of cash proceeds to and/or processing of account crediting for the borrower Receives and addresses client inquiries in coordination with head office departments if necessary Perform other duties outside of current scope in support of evolving business needs Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates must possess at least High school Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field Required language(s): English, Filipino At least 1-year working experience in the related field is required for this position Preferably with experience working in branch operations of banking/financial institutions or financial/lending companies Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, comprehension Has the following characteristics: (1)Assertive with a sense of urgency in achieving sales targets and customer service metrics for the branch assigned; (2) True passion for delighting customers with superior service Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Sales & Marketing, Customer Service
