**Duties and Responsibilities**

**A.
**Administrative**

**-**Safeguard the assets and facilities of the Company.
Ensure that all Company assets are secured;
- Ensure the proper maintenance and management of the general facilities and assets of the Company to ensure cleanliness and orderliness.
- Responsible for property management, act as Custodian of Company assets and properties;
- Maintain and manage the general facilities and assets of the Company to ensure cleanliness and orderliness;
- Responsible for timely processing of all statutory requirements such as licenses and permits, for the Company to operate legitimately;
- Liaison with government agencies, building owner and related entities on matters regarding office facilities;
- Responsible for the accurate inventory management.
Ensure that in and out of inventories are accurate.
- Ensure timely and complete submission of reports DOLE and other government agencies.
- Ensure timely coordination with the Executive Director and President for any concerns and issues within Davao operations.
- Ensure timely compliance of Davao Branch's personnel of the directives from Makati Office, e.g.
HR, QMS and the likes
- Ensure all policies and procedures are implemented and maintained.
**B.
**OIC Branch Sales Head**
- Responsible in the achievement of sales, gross profit targets and sales goals of Davao Branch.
- Conduct regular coaching to the individual team members to help them successfully close deals and meet financial targets
- Alignment of the Davao sales group to the Company's strategic direction
- Lead the Davao sales group in aligning their strategies, tactics and action plans to the company direction and corporate directives, and to ensure timely execution of these once approved.
- To facilitate account planning activities and lead the team in formulating account development strategies.
- Acts as the primary escalation point for the Davao sales group.
- Represent and champion the role of the Davao sales group within the company.
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers, Sales Operations Manager, and other Departmental Heads to achieve business goals
- Work with management in defining the resources, support and development needs required by the Davao sales group to achieve their goals.
- Analyze sales and customer data of Davao sales group and report to Enterprise Business Group Head on a weekly basis.
- Responsible for ensuring adherence to and compliance with company policies and business controls processes within Davao sales group.
- Responsible for driving CRM adoption within Davao sales group.
- Call, schedule and facilitate regular meetings
- Support the sales team through participation in sales activities and by doing high-level account calls.
- Perform other responsibilities that will assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
**C. **Solution Sales Specialist**
- Review and evaluate the strategically important customers;
- Develop appropriate sales strategies to penetrate the identified accounts, primary targets are large local and multinational companies;
- Plan for the growth of each key customer account to increase business revenue and profits by strengthening customer loyalty;
- Create and develop new business plans with selected sales opportunities to achieve sales target;
**D. **Business Development Manager - MS Services**
- Develop an integrated business plan for the product that includes:

- Market analysis
- Business development strategies in identified target market segments
- Annual marketing programs
- Enablement plans
- Technical support plans
- Revenue and profit projections
- Ensure the execution of the business plan and make revisions as needed
- Enable the sales team to sell the product in identified market segments and maintain close ties with the sales team to ensure that the product being managed remains top of mind with them.
Provide tools to sales that will help them to acquire new customers for the product.
- Work with the principal to ensure alignment in strategies and to maintain a strong business relationship.
- Attend relevant channels meetings organized by the principals and disseminate acquired information to the sales group.
- Keep updated on product developments and developments in the principal's organization and disseminate important information to the team.
- Conduct joint sales call/ visits together with partners to potential clients.
- Assist the team in formulating win - win strategies for large bids.
- Provide assistance in proposal development, solution configuration, and pricing on MS Services to sales team.
- Monitor, coordinate and report sales activities/ efforts on prospecting new and potential clients.
- Prepare quarterly report on monthly forecast and submit to immediate superior.
- Coordinate with technical group on the schedule of product demo and training.
- Research on new and emerging technologies related to the product and report to management for proper action.
