Job Description:
Lead and motivate in order to achieve individual and team goal Recruit and develop a sales force/financial advisors preferably from the Pharma, Telco, Banking, Education, Accounting, Real Estate or Hospitality Industry. Communication, coordination, and promotion Monitors persistency of business, augments performance activity of financial advisors, and crafts solutions to improve business generation and conservation Minimum Qualifications:
Business Management/Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, and/or Finance; can consider other degrees if there are accompanying certifications and relevant work experience Strong leadership and people skills with at least 3-5 years work experience in managerial and people development capacity Creative, multi-tasking and systems-oriented (proactive and organized) Entrepreneurial Excellent oral and written communications skills Presentation skills Time management and planning skills Enthusiasm for learning GRIT & passion for success
