The Branch Coordinator shall be tasked to manage the daily activities of Last Mile Station under hub type Satellite and Self-Collect.
The Branch Coordinator shall drive achievement and improvement of operational capabilities by taking an active role in ensuring compliance to the company's standard operating procedures.
In addition, the Branch Coordinator shall be responsible for the Inventory Management, Sorting of the Parcels, Hub Sweeping and other non-BAU activities (Documentation, Incident Reports etc.).
**Main Duties**
Perform the following core operational activities according to work standards:
- Shipment Accountability (Receiving, Forwarding)
- Parcel Sorting
- Warehouse Sweep
- Backhaul Shipment Preparation (RTS, misroute, for recovery)
- PETS Ticket Creation (Incorrect AV, Out of Zone, Incorrect Address, Shipper Rejected, Completed/Duplicate Parcels)
- Prepare daily Inventory Reports.
- Push Off / Dispatch (Satellite)
- Failed Parcel Inbounding (Satellite)
- COD Inbounding (Self-Collect)
- Checking of Proper and standard POD tagging if consistently done by riders
**Secondary Duties**
- Maintenance of trackers to monitor the performance of the station
- Any additional duties as required by the Line Manager to meet the objectives and targets of the station.
**Minimal Qualification**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related course
- Experience in logistics or e-commerce industries is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the team lead role
- Must be able to perform repetitive duties which can include lifting of up to 20 kilogram loads, bending and standing for long periods of time
- Above average proficiency in MS Excel or GSheet
- Must be knowledgeable with the fundamentals of Mathematics
- Must have average verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate
- Smartphone savvy
- Must be a true team player able to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
- Must be able to communicate verbally/written and to understand and follow verbal/written instructions
- Must be able to provide daily work direction to the Inventory Clerks
**Salary**: Php8,000.00 - Php11,000.00 per month
