**Responsibilities**
- You will be performing regular Quality audits based on accepted standards in sampling to ensure delivery is consistent and at par with client standards.
- You will generate timely and accurate reports wherein daily, weekly and MTD scores are available on an agent, team, and SOW level.
- You will be performing quality analysis and can identify root cause and can create relevant action items to improve and sustain performance.
- You will be asks to attend Weekly/Monthly business reviews with stakeholders on overall Quality and CSAT performance.
**Qualifications**:
- College graduate
- Must have at least 1 year of work experience in Quality Audit in a BPO industry.
- Open to work on a shifting schedule
- Willing to work in Quezon City, Mandaluyong or Taguig
- Onsite work setup
