BOOKKEEPER
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
· A bookkeeper's job description includes:
Financial transactions: Handling daily financial transactions, such as receiving money from clients and paying vendors
Financial reporting: Producing financial statements and reports to help managers make decisions
Records management: Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with finance legislation
Budgeting and forecasting: Assisting with creating budgets, financial forecasts, and quarterly reports
Tax compliance: Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data for tax forms
Invoicing and receipts: Generating invoices and receipts
Business activity statements: Preparing and lodging business activity statements (BAS)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS Accountancy
· NO MONETARY CASE from previous Company
· Minimum 2 years' experience as Bookkeeper
· WITH TESDA Certificate is a Plus
