Bookkeeper

-records and maintains financial transactions such as purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices and payments-records financial data into the general ledgers, which are used to produce the balance sheet and income statement
Job Qualification-basic accounting knowledge-understanding accounting best practices-data entry skills-high attention to details-computer literate-produce work with a high level of accuracy
Job Specification and Work experience-Maintains an accurate record of financial transactions by establishing accounts, posting transactions; ensure legal compliance
Update and maintain the general ledgerReconciliation of entries into the accounting system (balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries)Other areas including but not limited to document verification, data entry, validation of vouchers and other administrative tasks
Professional Qualification and License-Bachelor's degree in accounting-At least one yr of experience
