Responsibilities:
Prepare vouchers
Encodes data from source documents to various books of account
Post Entries to General Ledger Book
Prepare Bank Reconciliation
Maintain Accounting schedules such as Lapsing Schedule, Prepaid Schedule, Accrual Schedule
Assist in the preparation of various tax returns
Draft correspondences to government agencies when required documentation
Reconciles liquidation of cash advances
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent
At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field
Strong working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Excellent communication skills
Analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
Responsive, Team Player
**Salary**: From Php17,000.00 per month
