Role**:Practice Bookkeeper / Admin Assistant**

We are looking for a full time Bookkeeper/Admin person who can hit the ground running and is confident working with **Xero**.
The applicant must show a willingness to work across a variety of packages, have strong communication skills, work well in a team, be organized and efficient, as well as being familiar in all areas of bookkeeping.
**Responsibilities**:

- Client Contact
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Bank reconciliations
- Month end reporting and recs
- Monthly management reporting

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and orally
- High attention to detail
- The desire for a long term role
- A passion for looking after clients
- Solid work ethics
- Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or higher
- Minimum 1 year experience in a bookkeeping role
- Good knowledge in Xero, and willingness to learn other systems
- Proficient knowledge of Office 365, with advanced Excel skills
