Perform ongoing client accounting to ensure client reporting process is robust and efficient
Weekly Bank reconciliations
Weekly client trade reconciliations and reporting
Monthly client financial reporting
Work with Finance Team on annual preparation of accounts, tax calculations and relevant documentation
Ad hoc reporting
Bank Reconciliations
Expenses reconciliation
Accounts payable
Accounts receivable
Detailed expense reporting
Balance Sheet Reconciliations
Work with Finance Team in completing monthly management accounts
Work with Finance Team in completing year-end accounts and tax
Work with Finance Team in completing BAS and IAS
Work with Finance Team to continuously improve the finance function
Intermediate knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word and Outlook
With at least 3-5 years of experience using XERO accounting software and AU processes.
