Bonds Underwriter Job At Fortune General Insurance Corporation In Pasig | Workbank

1. Receives query on Bonds via call and email from Direct Clients, Head Office, Marketing personnel, Independent agents & brokers, and Branches
2. Acknowledging to Sales the bond requirements submitted and advise of lacking documents based on our standard list of requirements
3. Prepares indicative quotations based on figures only given by Sales (no submitted contract or PO)
4. Prepares formal quotations based on PO or Contract
5. Printing and collating of Bond requirements
6. Reviews and evaluates Surety Bond Application based on the submitted complete documents
7. Preparation of Bond Action Request for routing to the Bond Committee's approval
8. Encoding of approved bonds
9. Prepares IC Reports and Unicon Reports
10. Process acceptance/rejection of Reinsurance Inward business
11. Prepares placement slip for Outward reinsurance placement
12. Monitors liquidation / cancellation of issued Custom Bond
13. Assists in policies with claims (prepares required documents to be forwarded to claims Dept.)
14. Performs modification of commission if needed
15. Performs tasks and duties assigned time to time such as other clerical works
