Supervise the Back of the House
Train new employee on the job duties and store procedures
Evaluate performance of subordinates then recommend necessary disciplinary action to erring employees and appropriate promotion for potential employees
Request for additional manpower
Create schedule for the staff
Maintain open line communication with staff and conduct staff meetings
Make Daily Sales Reports
Provide Excellent Customer Service at all times
Mediate as necessary and handle customer complaints
Ensure the safety of store funds on hand
Receive deliveries accurately; Ensure proper inventory
Monitor the cleanliness and orderliness of the store and stock room
Ensure good housekeeping, maintenance, and use of facilities, equipment in the store
Support management goals, decision, requirements, and expectations
Perform other administrative functions and other necessary tasks
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree Graduate preferably in Management
Supervisor experience in customer service for at least 2 years
Strong selling skills, customer service skills, and team handling skills
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Amenable to work at **Lola Nena's Jupiter Branch, Jupiter Street, Brgy.
Bel-Air, Makati City**
