Position: BMS / FDAS Operator (1st Shift)
Daily Task
Take hourly operating log of all equipment running under the Building Management System (BMS) programs.
Analyze all information and data regarding loads and systems response to changes and make necessary adjustments and/or corrections according to load requirement.
Log and record all changes and adjustments made.
Generate and submit regular weekly printout report of equipment history.
Coordinate with electricians, A/C technicians and GenSet operator and ensure activation of the BMS programs relating to fire alarm, A/C load, electrical load, security, airconditioning, etc.
Assist in temperature, load profile encoding and monitoring.
Ensure that all BMS sensors, devices and controllers are properly maintained and tested .
Assist in the preparation of the Monthly Report.
Assist to tenants job request.
Supervise CCTV, FDAS, Watchman tour operation.
Ensure that all computers in the BMS room are well maintained and fully operational.
Report for any abnormalities.
Monthly Task
Assist in conducting monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment.
Assist in the control of requisitioning, storage and careful use of all operating equipment.
Checks monthly inventory and control of all spare parts and tools.
Assist other technicians on preventive maintenance schedule.
Routine inspection and control of all areas of the building.
Assist in the monthly computation of power consumption.
Perform testing to all stationary equipment thru BMS.
