Billing Trigger Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTIONThe following is a list of job duties and responsibilities, including essential and marginal tasks.
Process all issued invoice under her account
Responsible for printing & uploading of Invoices to the system.
Responsible in preparing the attachment/transmittal of invoices prior for submission to client.
Direct coordination with the client regarding invoice status.
Responsible in Monitoring and updating billing tracker for collection & project team.
Responsible for submission to client once completed
Assist Projecct team for Manula Revenie trigger.
Provide assistance to the queries and request on the ff:

? CM & DA (invoice & revenue status)? Client (all invoice related info’s.- bank requirement/CTC /PO details/Invoice details/history status)? Collection(urgent request to suffice billing & collection requirement)QUALIFICATIONSApplicants must meet the following minimum requirement in terms of working experience, qualification background technical and language skills.Atleast have a billing related working experience
Good communication skill
Risk Management (Can handle pressure from the project team and willing to take overtime)
Flexible and not afraid to try something new.
