Job Description:
- Process customer payments, maintain customer account records and prepare documentation on installation and service orders.
- Answer customer questions regarding billing, service problems, products and features.
- Resolve delinquent account balances.
- Correct errors and discrepancies on customer billing as necessary.
- Represent enTouch in a professional and positive manner in all situations.
- Provide basic training or guidance to entry-level customer service reps.
- Work under routine supervision.
- Perform under general guidelines, procedures and rules.
- Punctual, regular and consistent attendance.
- Ability and willingness to work overtime, as needed.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills - both oral and written
- Good management skills, and the ability to pay attention to details
- Good organizational, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
- A past experience in similar position or similar organization
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to think critically.
