Billing Officer

BILLING OFFICER
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for processing timely and accurate invoices, delivery receipts, billing statements and monthly sales reports
Ability to effectively and properly communicate with Operations, clients and management all billing information, issues and concerns
Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the department head
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent
At least 1-2 years of prior billing experience required
Computer literate; Strong oral/written communication and interpersonal skills; Detailed oriented
Knowledge of billing process; Ability to recognize issues, Troubleshoot and work with others to resolve
Willing to work ASAP
