Billing Clerk

Performs a wide variety of clerical, general accounting and bookkeeping support functions in the accounting department.
Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g. disbursements, expenses vouchers, receipts and accounts payable).
Enters data into the accounting system (SAP), and provide detailed analyses and explanations of all transactions
Assist in preparing financial statements supporting schedules, including balance sheet and statement of financial position
Regularly maintain detailed reconciliations of all balance sheet account
Prepare supporting documents needed by external and internal audit, and BIR compliance
Compile supporting documents that support the accounting transactions
Assist in preparing the Statement of Accounts of customers
Performs other work that may be assigned
