Billing Assistant

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management or any related business courses
- With at least 1 to 2 years work experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding Industry
- Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications especially MS Excel
- With Good Communications Skills
- Strong analytical skills, can work with mínimal supervision, and organized
- Willing to be assigned in Paranaque
- Can start ASAP

**Responsibilities**:

- Overall in charge in billing and accounting related tasks in the operations
- Handles the documentation for all import and export shipments of the department
- Comply with the requirements based on set standard practices and procedure.
Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Parañaque City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Logistics/Freight Forwarding: 1 year (preferred)
