Beauty Sales Consultant

**JOB SUMMARY**:
Your main responsibility is to assist our clients with meeting their skincare needs by recommending aesthetic services the the clinic offers.
In addition, you will advertise, promote and source customers that will come to the clinic to avail our services.
The beauty sales consultant will recommend and SELL services and products, explain the benefits of each services, demonstrate how to use the products and convince the customer to come back.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, skincare products, and aesthetic services.
- A passion for the beauty industry.
- Experience in ASETHETIC CLINICS
- Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- A friendly personality and professional appearance.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Consulting with clients to determine their skin type, skincare concerns etc.
- Recommending products or services that fit the client's needs, preferences, and budget, and explaining how the products or services work.
- Responding to customer questions and complaints.
- Making sales, processing returns, and maintaining a balanced cash register.
- Planning and taking part in branch clinic events.
- Handling administrative and clerical duties, such as ordering stock and maintaining customer relationships through follow-up calls and mails.
- Handling sales and meeting quotas and objectives.
- Other task that may be assigned.
**Salary**: From Php15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
