We are hiring for a Banquet Manager.

As a Banquet Manager, we rely you to:

- Coach and maximise the performance of the team
- Ensure every guest receives high quality service
- Maintain smooth banquet operation on a daily basis
- Support the Director of Banquet Operation from a planning and organising perspective

We are looking for someone who:

- Has minimum of 3years managerial experience in Banquet in a 5 star hotel.
- Has a passion for Food & Beverage
- Enjoys interacting with people
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)
- Must have experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel environment
- A friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
- Creative with an eye for detail
- Able to solve problem in a professional manner
- Enjoys planning, organizing and problem solving
- Enjoys being challenged
- Willing to work shifts.
