Proide credit counseling and proper assessment of the buyer's financial capacity and background so that a proper justification can be provided in the clearing evaluation sheet which will be presented to the credit manager, division head, and approving credit committee. Able to provide satisfactory customer service to accommodate the financial needs of the buyers who were not able to secure ideal bank financing from the banks or issued lump sum balance check as payment for their purpose Provide timely reports to management when needed Will do the initial profiling of the buyers Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Mass Communications or equivalent. Pro-active and goal-oriented Must be proficient in basic Microsoft applications At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Less than 1-year experience specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
