We're hiring a Dispute Management Specialist in Makati!
- Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 PHP
- Location: Makati - Onsite
Duties and Responsibilities:
-- Receives and handles dispute from member banks.
-- Assesses (and shall continue to assess) each dispute promptly.
-- Takes genuine steps to resolve or clarify disputes in the simplest, appropriate and most effective way using approved dispute resolution processes.
-- Determines priority (Emergency, High, Medium, or Low) for new cases or those with no documented recommended disposition/s and to acquire details and all related information to be used in resolving such cases.
-- Resolves in BSS dispute containing appraisal/judgment.
Job Specifications:
A. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
-- Must be a graduate of any Business, Information Technology course or any related discipline.
B. WORK EXPERIENCE / TRAINING REQUIREMENT:
-- Preferably with experience in interbank ATM and InstaPay transactional disputes or transaction monitoring/settlement
-- 1 year experience in a bank's e-Banking or ATM Center Operations
