Bakery Operations Manager

**JOB OBJECTIVES**
- To place a strong emphasis on training, succession planning, and problem-solving in the Bakery Operations.
- To ensure maximum sales and profits by reducing shrinkage and controlling labor costs.
- To enhance supervision and support of the Bakery Department in compliance with expectations and standards.
- To establish merchandising guidelines and business plans set by the Operations Consultant.
- To develop and execute new ideas on bakery products and packaging to encourage the stimulation of sales.
**SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Acts as liaison between the warehouse manager and corporate office.
- Oversees upcoming demos and promotional activities in the Bakery Department.
- Assists category management with the development and maintenance of business plans that focus on sales volume and profits through the entire supply chain.
- Implements category strategies for bakery products.
- Ensures all quality control issues are reported and resolved in a timely manner.
- Organizes and implements off-shelf merchandising according to display planner for bakery products.
- Partners with operations and vendor community ensuring proper implementation of category/corporate initiatives for the Bakery Department.
- Maintains and updates the company's best practices for bakery operations and products.
- Participates in budgeting, forecasting, and achieving sales, gross margin, labor and supply expenses percentage as well as other expenses of the department.
- Keeps shrinkage within acceptable budgeted guidelines.
- Supports training and compliance with sanitation, and food safety policies and procedures.
- Develops new items, product lines, and packaging to encourage the growth of sales.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree holder of any 4-year course.
- Has 5+ years of experience in the same role and field.
- From a managerial role.
- Willing to work in Libis, Quezon City.
- Can start ASAP.
**Salary**: From Php60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Bakery Operations: 5 years (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
