Job Description:
Poundit is looking for a high-performing B2B Senior Sales Manager with proven ability to drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will develop key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans while leading and mentoring the B2B team. Successful execution of these strategies and effective leadership are required to achieve your client acquisition/retention and revenue growth objectives.
Key Resposibilities: Own and hit or exceed monthly individual and entire B2B sales targets Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base Identify key business opportunities to grow the B2B segment Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Partner with customers to understand their pain points, business needs and objectives Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations Understand category-specific landscapes and trends Lead and mentor the entire B2B team Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships and Operations team to improve over-all customer experience Minimum Qualifications:
Proven sales managerial experience, meeting or exceeding targets Experience mapping out sales cycle and ability to drive sales results from planning to implementation Minimum 2 years experience in managing, training, and mentoring a B2B Sales Team Minimum 2 years sales experience in IT hardware, software and SaaS industry Proven ability to identify opportunities that will contribute scaleable growth for the company Excellent analytical skills, decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed startup environment Ability to see the big picture, create plans and execute to get there Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Able to multi-task activities with shifting priorities Highly proficient level computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel Highly energetic and self-starter
