Since 2003, Retail Express has helped drive more than $20bn in retail sales and is recognised as both a solution and innovation leader within the field of Retail & Retail POS.ReportingReporting to the Marketing DirectorThe OpportunityRetail Express is looking to recruit an all-round B2B data and CRM expert with specialized, hands-on experience and proven success devising and executing strategies to· Build a comprehensive profiled database of target accounts & contacts through data acquisition and enrichment methodologies· Enable optimum marketing, sales and service CRM processes to win, keep and grow target accountsWhile direct experience with ZOHO ONE (CRM, ERP and Marketing Automation suite) would be a major advantage, the most important capability we are looking for is for someone who can demonstrate the analytical and creative skills and experience with comparative systems to achieve our goals outlined above.REQUIREMENTSDATABASE BUILDING - ACQUISITION & ENRICHMENT STRATEGY & EXECUTIONMinimum 2 years experience building and leveraging a database of B2B target accounts and contacts using a combination of data acquisition and enrichment strategies from multiple sources and methodologies.Including extensive direct, hands on experience with:· Devising, presenting and overseeing the implementation of an overarching strategy of data B2B acquisition and enrichmento Mapping out the ideal customer profileo Identify the best methodologies to blend various sources together to maximise data pointso Using project management skills and tools to coordinate implementation of the agreed strategy· Implementing web research programs for target account and contact identification· Use of 3rd party data services such as ZoomInfo, InsideView, Clearbit and Hoovers· Use on LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn automation tools· Provide Product Owner direction for the Business Systems Analyst to execute necessary data / system updates within the CRM and other applications CRM STRATEGY & ADMINISTRATIONMinimum 2 years’ experience championing optimum CRM use within a B2B organisation.Including extensive direct, hands on experience with:· Identifying and implementing the optimum CRM & Marketing Automation configuration in terms of data points / segmentation (objects, fields and values), processes and UI/UX for Sales, Marketing & Service effectiveness & efficiency· With input from the Marketing Director, maximise the success of the Marketing & Sales teams by identifying the best strategy and processes to build a profiled database, engage and progress relationships throughout the pipeline and surface leads through behavioural tracking & scoring methodologies· Provide Product Owner direction for the Business Systems Analyst to execute necessary CRM & Marketing Automation development and integrate with other business systems and processes· Acting as the champion, referee and ‘go to person’ for correct use of the CRM according to your defined strategy through day-to-day stakeholder engagement, training, documentation and reporting / dashboardsHIGHLY REGARDED· Direct experience with ZOHO ONE (CRM, ERP and Marketing Automation suite) - if you have development skills then this would be an even greater advantage (to support the in-house development / BA resourcing we already have)· Data analytics – ability to mine data for insights on customers and prospects such as coverage gaps vs Total Addressable market, most profitable segments and purchasing behaviour learnings· LinkedIn Social Selling – experience setting up connection building, InMail outreach sequence, content sharing and follower building programs – ideally using automated platforms· Database Driven / Account Based Marketing – experience creating marketing campaigns that leverage the CRM database and other sources to efficiently target ideal accounts and customers including LinkedIn / Facebook advertising (custom audiences & retargeting), email marketing and telemarketing· WordPress experience – ability to build and edit pages either via Visual Editor or HTML)
