As our B2B Content Marketer, you will own and execute our social media strategy with the goal of growing awareness, engagement, and trust among our primary audience: decision-makers and influencers at Venture Capital firms. You'll keep a pulse on industry news, create compelling content, elevate our brand voice, position us as thought leaders, and foster new connections through building digital relationships in the VC fund accounting and startup industries.
Develop and execute a strategic social media plan aligned with our goals and marketing calendar.Own and grow our presence on LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.Create engaging, insightful, and shareable content tailored to VC audiences (e.g., fund managers, back-office leaders).Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to turn whitepapers, webinars, and product updates into digestible social content.Monitor social trends and conversations in venture capital, private equity, and fund finance to inform our positioning.Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize based on insights (engagement, CTR, audience growth, etc.).Manage social media tools and scheduling platforms.Engage with influencers, industry publications, and potential partners to increase reach and credibility.Ensure deliverables meet FSM's quality standard 2-5 years of experience in marketing to U.S.-based companies. Experience with social media management and content creation tools.Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and WordPress.Basic understanding of HTML and CSS. Develop and execute a strategic multi-channel social media plan aligned with current and future marketing goals.Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.Develop a review management process across social media and podcast channels.Create and schedule compelling posts that educate, engage, and convert our target audience.Engage with key industry voices, clients, and potential partners to increase visibility. Own the editorial calendar for pre-planned and opportunistic content, aligning with product launches, campaigns, and industry news and trends.Write, edit, and publish high-quality articles and thought leadership pieces focused on the startup ecosystem with a focus on the benefits of financial best practices, in areas including fund accounting, operational strategies, due diligence and VC industry insights.Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate technical or financial concepts into accessible thought leadership.Curate monthly newsletter content.Optimize website content for SEO, engagement, and lead generation. Track key performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions).Use insights to refine content strategy and boost performance across platforms.
