Actively contribute to the attainment of financial and customer KPIs by providing strategic direction and tactical alignment to the after-sales team handling customer transactions and communication
Ensure readiness of the team to handle increasing customer demands by ensuring development and implementation of various projects/campaigns, process enhancements and strategic initiatives
Address and improve VOCs and VODs through understanding and implementing strategic initiatives that will provide better customer touchpoints in the different policy life cycle stages
Ensure customer retention and customer loyalty
