Automation Qa Tester

Job Description:
Conducts functional, regression and accessibility testing. Prepares test matrix, Level of Effort for testing and test cases based on design specifications. Executes the test cases and documents the test results. Files bugs encountered during testing. Verifies solutions to reported bugs. Coordinates with the team regarding the status of testing and any testing-related issues. Ensures that deadlines for testing are met. Minimum Qualifications:
At least 5+ years of Experience in QA / Test Automation. Has expertise in functional, regression and accessibility testing Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills; Required Technical and Professional Experience Familiar with Agile Projects, Operating Systems, Database Systems & DevOps environments. Expert in various Testing tools & Techniques, ranging from Regression, Performance, Stress, Load, Security, Scalability, Error Injection, Platform etc… Intermediate or Expert in Java + SQL Programming Familiar in Data Driven Test Framework Design & Development. Intermediate or Expert in understanding the Backend DB Architecture and workflow, involving MYSQL / MS SQL / Oracle Environments Expert on writing SQL queries for data validations and Configuring and scripting DB workload generators like JMeter is a must. Proficient understanding of Git source code repository Familiar with Jenkins and its modules for continuous testing. Excellent knowledge in Test case Management & Defect Tracking systems like JIRA, RQM & RTC. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Knowledge on OS Platforms including Windows, Linux , AIX & Hypervisors. Basic Networking Knowledge and troubleshooting skills. Familiar about cloud Environments like AWS / IBM Softlayer / Azure .
