Details of the offer

The Automation & Innovation Architect reports to Section Head of the Automation & Innovation Department under the B2B IT Vertical of ISG. The role is responsible for working with the Department Head and Section Heads of Automation & Innovation Department of B2B IT to build and support a strong partnership with the business units, and deliver value by helping to develop effective business solutions that solve business challenges. It is also responsible in partnering with the business and service units and with Information Technology teams to understand business goals and needs, and to identify and envision technology-enabled business solutions especially for Globe Business and Globe MyBusiness clients.
Education:
1. Graduate of any IT related course or equivalent (Business, Engineering, or related fields).
Work Experience:
1. 8-10 years experience on IT and/or Telco industry
2. At least 8 years experience in designing, implementing and leading successful technology or product-oriented business solutions focused on optimizing business value and process, and business applications and platforms; Management Consulting, BPR, or equivalent
3. At least 5 years experience in managing and coordination with vendors and/or solution providers to deliver IT or Business solutions
4. At least 5 years experience in doing client facing roles
Level of Knowledge:
1.Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
2. Knowledgeable of Technology Product and Software Development Lifecycles
3. Knowledgeable on Agile Methodology and/or Design Sprint
4. Knowledge on project management principles and discipline
5. Basic knowledge on the telco business and background processes
