Auto Insurance Estimator

Job Description:
Review claim files and estimates of damaged vehicles and ensure they are in compliance with insurance regulations and required collision repair procedures. Answer calls from shops, networks, carriers and vehicle owners and answers questions as needed. Review estimates and photos in the Audit Queue for compliance to specific state department of insurance regulations, manufacturer’s requirements and required collision repair procedures. Review supplements and photos, supporting documents, invoices for compliance with state guidelines as needed. Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in creating and/or reviewing estimates for auto insurance claims; strong background in on-site inspections of damaged vehicles is a must. Must have excellent knowledge of mechanical and electrical components of vehicles; should be well-versed with vehicle diagnostic systems and methods. Bachelor’s degree in any field is highly preferred. Able to speak and write in English.
