The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced and motivated Australian Property contract Admin/Coordinator to join our onsite legal and compliance team in North Strathfield. You'll play an integral role in supporting the legal side of property transactions, managing documentation, and working closely with our sales, finance and settlements teams to ensure legal accuracy and compliance across all deals. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and manage legal documents and contracts related to property sales Liaise with external solicitors, conveyancers, brokers, valuers and banks and internal stakeholders to coordinate transaction processes Conduct title searches, manage documentation lodgements, and maintain legal records Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies Support the sales and finance team with legal queries and documentation needs Assist with due diligence processes for acquisitions and client settlements Provide day-to-day legal administrative support to the in-house legal team

Requirements About You Tertiary qualification in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field Minimum 5 years' experience in a paralegal or legal assistant role, preferably in property or real estate law Strong knowledge of NSW, QLD, VIC property law and conveyancing processes Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Google Workspace, CRM and legal documentation systems Comfortable working onsite in a collaborative team environment BenefitsWhat We Offer Be part of an established, innovative real estate group Work onsite with a supportive, high-performing team Career progression opportunities in a growing business Convenient location near North Strathfield station Regular team events, training, and a positive work culture
