Audit Staff

Job Descriptions
Cash counting of sales collection, petty cash fund and revolving fund in every visit.
Checking if cash is properly safeguarded.
Checking if cash/check on hand was complete and deposited on time.
Checking if cash remitted is tallied on Head Office
Checking if managers perform daily cash count before closing time which is logged.
Checking if cash control book was properly accomplished.
Observation of cashier’s behavior during cash count.
Checking of petty cash, revolving fund and employee's meal fund if properly liquidated and attachments were complete.
Checking requisition forms, purchase orders and other expenses and if have branch manager’s approval.

Job Qualifications
BS Accountancy or Accounting Management Graduate
Experience is an advantage but not required.
Experience in Real Estate Business is a plus.

8 hour shift
