Audit Officer

Evaluates and reports the adequacy and effectiveness of the control and processes in accordance with regulatory requirements, policies and procedures of the joint venture Formulates strategies to ensure accomplishment of audit plan with emphasis on revenue, overhead costs and related party transactionsFinalizes reports and provides significant findings and observations to Controller and/or President for discussion to Executive CommitteeMust be a graduate of BS Accountancy and a Certified Public AccountantAt least three (3) years related work experience (external audit is preferred) Industry experience in construction/real estate is a plusStellar written and verbal communication skills Analytical and has keen attention to details Can work well with minimum supervisionSuccessful candidate will be deployed at Eastwood, Libis office but must be willing and able to travel to Double Dragon Meridian Park in Pasay City when necessary.
