Manager
Demonstrate ability to lead or coordinate and display ownership of projects /initiatives.
Present ideas and suggestions on how to improve work processes.
Assign work based on team’s availability and capacity.
Provide proactive and constructive performance review for the Supervisory to Associate levels.
Demonstrate awareness of the team’s workload and communicate resource requirements when appropriate.
Address disciplinary/performance issues and follow through on disciplinary/ performance processes.
Point of contact for territory PMOs for updates, issues, escalations from territories.
Supervisor
Act as Client Relationship Manager and align expectations, coordinate, organise and facilitate interactions between stakeholders and engagement teams.
Point of contact for issues, follow up or escalations for assigned client.
Demonstrate expertise in project managements and present work process improvements
Facilitate future team learning initiatives for assigned service/activity. Provide performance review for Associate to Senior Analyst levels.
Assist or recommend workload assignments based on the team's availability and capacity
Demonstrate awareness of the team’s work load and communicate resource requirements when appropriate.
Address disciplinary/performance issues and follow through on disciplinary/ performance processes.
Key Qualifications
Qualification Requirements:
Manager - At least two (2) years of managerial capacity in the Audit & Assurance services
Supervisor - At least one (1) year of supervisory capacity in the Audit & Assurance services
Professional accounting certification such as CA, CPA or equivalent.
Tertiary qualifcations in Accounting, Commerce, Business and other relevant studies
