**Responsibilities**:
1.
Assist and complete legal tasks delegated such as preparing legal documents/forms.
2.
Assist

immediate superior in preparing and monitoring Immigration workload.
3.
Will be doing field work.
4.
Filing of DOLE and Immigration processing and related matter

5.
Gathering information on employment and other records, maintaining, and organizing case files and filing out legal forms, like immigration requests/ etc.
6.
Provide administrative support and enhance office effectiveness Handle communication with clients, etc.
7.
Encode and file basic legal documents and correspondence Answer and direct phone calls

8.
Maintain contact lists

9.
Monitor deadlines and juggle calendars
