**About this role**:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Supervisory Control Representative...

**In this role, you will**:

- Identify ways to improve internal and external electronic communications while ensuring compliance with internal company policies, applicable laws and regulations
- Perform routine reviews for various types of electronic communications on a daily basis to identify if the communication meets policy requirements
- Receive direction from management and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
- Interact with Supervisory Control teams and refer to management on escalation items that may be out of compliance

**Required Qualifications**:

- Experience in Supervisory Control, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Quality-oriented and demonstrates high-level of attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency for detailed documentation with ability to validate work.
- With excellent reading comprehension and knows how to employ the basic reading skills
- Proficient with Microsoft program.
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment and perform under pressure with a high motivation and able to meet stringent deadlines with strong sense of urgency and results and detail orientation.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute a body of work with mínimal supervision.
- Possesses an impeccable reputation for integrity, accuracy, consistency, and business acumen.
- Familiarity with banking documents
- Flexibility to work in night shifts, or weekends/holidays if deemed necessary by the business.
