Works with development, quality assurance, and design teams in the Philippines and US to deliver software products and product updates of outstanding quality.
This position involves development of Web-enabled applications
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or any related field.
At least 6 months of experience as a professional Software Developer using Java, J2EE, EJB, BEA WebLogic, HTML, JavaScript, Java Servlets and XML.
Has knowledge and skills in Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) and SQL.
Has knowledge in PL/SQL or Transact-SQL and good understanding of data modeling and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD).
Education or experience in Project Accounting, Financial Accounting, Payroll, Inventory, or Purchasing.
Quick to learn new products and technologies.
Involvement in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle; experience in Agile methodology an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Highly proficient in written and spoken English.
Experience in ERP system, Web Services, Automated Testing Tools and BIRT or Actuate reporting tool is a plus.
Willing to work on a mid-shift schedule, as needed.
