YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:?Resolve conflicts and increase scrum maturity.
Coaches the Scrum team in self-organization and communicates effectively, both internally and externally working within the Scrum team.
Facilitates and supports all scrum events. Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.
Conflict Resolution
Contributes to the advancement and improvement of Agile practice.
Lead continuous improvement efforts with teams by implementing take-aways from retrospectives and implementing concrete solutions to make the teams more efficient and improve delivery success.
Work with product owners and stakeholders to ensure they are well engaged with the team and part of the regular feedback loop.
Report up status and risks – create and measure teams according to metrics established by the team
Anticipate challenges, identify risks and recommend mitigations and solutions. Own and drive those solutions.
Identify resources constraints or needs – when additional resources are needed to remove impediments and distractions from the team
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:?1-3yrs of experience as Scrum Master in overall experience
Should have managed atleast 1 Scrum Teams
Demonstrated self-motivation and accountability; flexibility
Excellent Communication skills is a must
Should be knowledgeable, patient, collaborative and transparent
Excellent understanding on Agile methodologies and scrum practices - Scrum/Kanban.
Must have hands on in Agile Metrics.
Knowledge in Web Technologies would be good to have
Good experience in using tools like JIRA.
Should be a Servant leader
