May be responsible for customer administrative support, such as order fulfillment.

**Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to**:
**Sustaining DIFM Program (80%)**
- Monitor and track progress completion by phase (currently being done by Marketing as SFDC cannot capture the critical activities per phase e.g., contract completion, training).
- Evaluate investment proposals (e.g., site assessment, NPV tool) on DIFM Workshops
- Monitor BDF utilization of workshop owners, mechanics support, and contract renewals
- Monitor and follow up marketing support deployment.
- Perform monthly review and updates on DIFM performance.
- Conduct research/study on the Competitive DIFM landscape
- Initiate initial engagement for potential multi operator leads where necessary
- Conduct lookback on DIFM performance
**Caltex Retail Stations Improvement Plan & Other Matters (20%)**
- Tracking and computation of all claims basis volume performance.
- Monitor service station volume growth and improvement
- Monthly coordination with all Distributors on their monthly spends in relation to all the 1Source support.

**Work Experience**:
- 4-year college degree; preferably Accountancy or IT related courses
- At least 1 to 2 years work experience of similar job nature
- Knowledge of SAP SD modules is a plus
- Proficient in excel and Power BI
- Experience working with data from multiple sources - manipulating and interpreting data
