**What You'll be Doing**

You'll report to Manager, Talent Acquisition.
In this role, you'll impact the business through your recruitment initiatives.
**During a Typical Day, You'll**
- Foster an inclusive team and environment through your recruitment initiatives
- Evaluate the effectiveness of current strategies/tools/techniques and offer solutions including general market analysis and direct competitor evaluations
- Provide ongoing feedback to Recruiters on talent trends to help set realistic expectations with hiring managers.
Attends meetings with Recruiters when necessary to gain a better understanding of required talent pool and provide insight as needed

**What You Bring to the Role**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated knowledge/capability using Boolean search techniques, extensive networking, and/or online resume mining with mínimal reliance on job board postings
- Highly adept at proactive methods/processes for finding and attracting passive talent for crucial openings and talent pools
- Social media savvy with extensive online network participation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently in an agile environment
