- Lead the QIAGEN Salesforce.com Operations teamEnsure robust and reliable SFDC operations by providing general support, administration, and maintenance for the global SFDC platform including interfaces to SAP, Eloqua, ServiceNow and other systems.Ensure overall SFDC compliance (SOX, GMP, GDPR, internal, etc.) and support regular auditsContinuously monitor and improve org health and user adoptionContinuously contribute to the QIAGEN Digital Roadmap, to business process automation and to system integrations
Position Requirements
- 4 or more years of working experience in Salesforce with a solid understanding of platform-specific design patterns and large data volume strategies, Lightning experience is a plus- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent- Engineering, Computer Science6 or more years of information technology experience in a customer facing organizationWorking Experience in global Service Management (ITIL certification is a plus)Salesforce Certification (Admin, Developer, Data Architecture or similar)
Personal Requirements
- Business fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
