Job Description:
The Associate Creative Director assists with the creative direction and campaign development, as well as supervise teams on multiple design projects. He/she is a leader, a creative mind, and a project manager all in one.
The role is responsible for developing design concepts and directions for marketing materials, campaigns and multiple projects, which requires them to make conceptual and stylistic decisions. Creating layouts, mockups and prototypes may be required to illustrate their idea to other members of the team. They also act as quality control for their projects by reviewing and editing their team's final products before uploading or releasing of material.
They are updated on the latest trends, and continually research marketing trends and strategies and the technologies used. They must be able to recognize their intended audience and the best strategies for reaching said population. They must also be aware of what competitors are doing in order to create innovative and new designs and concepts.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ?Assist with the creative direction and campaigns development. Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and develop creative campaigns or tactical material strategically aligned to the brief. Conceptualize and execute strategically aligned ideas in branded content Source images and other content as necessary. Must continually research marketing trends, strategies and the technologies used in advertising practices. Attend presentations and shoots as needed. Aware of what competitors are doing in order to create innovative and new designs and concepts Minimum Qualifications:
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED: Creative, imaginative, and detail-oriented storyteller with sharp wit, and a good sense of humor. Must have a keen eye and taste for good design. Has an interest in commerce, pop culture, new advertising trends and techniques. Stays abreast of the latest trends and social media fads. Must have a positive work ethic. Strong leadership skills with a collaborative spirit. Ability to manage a project from start to finish. Must be able to work independently with time-management and organizational skills. Able to lead and supervise creative teams on multiple design projects. Must be able to recognize intended audience and suggest the best strategies to reach them. Knowledge of marketing practices, social media platforms, and trends. Proficient computer skills, especially with Adobe Creative Suite applications. Must have experience in creating video content, storyboarding, keyframing, and simple editing. Must have at least 5 years work experience with a background in advertising.
