**JOB DETAILS**
**A.
Objective.
**
The Associate Creative Director role is to assist and collaborate with Creative head in leading the company to create a vision for products and services to be sold.
In strong leadership and collaboration with artists, copywriters and accounts people, the role is to plan advertising, overseeing the creative process and give guidance to the people in the team.
**B.
Responsibilities.
**
1.
Assists Creative directors on work responsibilities
2.
Serve as department leader and guide for the creative team in delivering requirements/projects within desired time frame
3.
Develop big ideas for clients and brands
4.
Create new and competitive ideas as required by the clients through job order downloaded by the accounts representative
5.
Work with Account Leads and Planners to ensure ideas are on brand and strategically sound
6.
Oversee general direction and creative vision of client work-from strategy, production, presentation
7.
Craft executions
8.Ensure the work produced is in high quality and in line with client expectations and requirements
**C.
Requirements.
**
1.
Bachelor's degree on any Creative Course
2.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar industry performing creative functions
3.
Adept in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, and WordPress)
4.
Creative skills using the lens of a copy and art person
5.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
6.
Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
7.
Great management, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
