Assistant Store Manager (Kidzooona Magic Mall Calasiao)

Assists the Store Manager in cost control of the store through petty cash handling and consumable ordering and CMSF (Cash Monitoring and Safekeeping Form) management.
Performs other administrative support to SM (e.g., consumable and socks inventory, keeping and putting in order all store files and documents).
Assists SM in managing partners' welfare, familiarizes the duties and responsibilities of the partners, and assists SM in the timely submission of store reports and partner evaluation.
Provides assistance to any store marketing activities and monitors sales performance.
Ensures the accuracy of store reports and completion of Daily Cash reports, Daily Store reports, and Monthly reports.
Serves as the petty cash custodian and Cash Monitoring and Safe Keeping custodian.
Secures the cash flow of the store and is the authorized person to do deposits in the absence of SM.
Replaces the position of the manager if he/she is not on duty.
Deploys partners by using MHM.
Responsible for Vault of Change fund and Vault of Sales for Cash Drop.
Ensures safety and cleanliness.
Cash out the cashier during breaks/out.
Responsible for POS Journal Sales Updates.
Patrols different areas around the store.
Observes adherence to accounting and financial audits.
Ensures that lost and found items are kept safe.
