Assistant Sous Chef (Banquet Kitchen)

Job description
Assess the manning requirements of the kitchen section.
Develop control measures which would assist in the prevention of wastages and pilferages in the kitchen area.
Responsible for managing kitchen staff to ensure food is prepared properly.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree HRM, Culinary Arts or equivalent.
At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Talisay, Batangas.
