Assistant Retail Manager

Responsible for achieving the Sales/Volume target for the retail stations under assigned territory
Ensuring assigned territory’s compliance with the company’s policies and requirements
Ensuring assigned territory’s compliance with the brand’s policies and requirements
Ensuring assigned territory’s compliance with governmental agencies’ policies and requirements.
Support and assist the Retail Manager in planning, strategizing and setting up sales activities and process improvements

QUALIFICATIONSMust possess a bachelor's degree in any business courses
At least 2 Years Experience as an Assistant Manager or similar position in a fast service oriented industry
Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets and sales statistics
Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Flexibility to work long hours as the need arises
Flexibility to be assigned on outlying locations as the need arises
Knows how to drive
