Job Description
The Soules College of Business at The University of Texas at Tyler (UT Tyler) is seeking applicants for a full-time Assistant Professor of Management at a salary commensurate with experience. The position is available in Fall 2020.
Essential Functions
The ideal candidate should be committed to excellence in teaching and research, and have the potential to publish in high-quality outlets.
The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate courses including online delivery.
There is a preference for candidates with not only a strong interest but demonstrated expertise in Human Resource Management.
Required Qualifications
Ph.D. or D.B.A. from an AACSB accredited institution (ABD candidates close to completion will be considered).

Additional Information
The retirement plan for this position is Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS), subject to the position being at least 20 hours per week and at least 135 days in length. This position has the option to elect the Optional Retirement Program (ORP) instead of TRS, subject to the position being 40 hours per week and at least 135 days in length.
