Assistant Chief Engineer For Palawan

Job Description:
Assist the Chief Engineer in the Department's daily operation. Supervise the engineering personnel in the Installation, repairs and operation of machinery, equipment and related system. Oversees fabricating, maintaining, installing and repairing plumbing and sanitary facilities; hotel locks and keys; carpentry works; masonry works; etc. Develops and implement preventive maintenance and repair schedules of the hotel machinery, equipment and other facilities. Develops work simplification methods and techniques and improve programs. Prepares and/or evaluates designs and specifications for all engineering projects; supervises installations and constructions of all engineering works; submit periodic reports on project status and operating performance to superior. Controls and sees to adequacy of inventory of all engineering supplies. Develops and implements cost reduction program. Evaluates performance of engineering personnel.Implement Company rules and regulations. Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent Preferably with a license, but not required With at least 3 years of work experience in the Hospitality Industry Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills Keen into details and cost control capabilities Committed to deliver exceptional levels of guest service
